MILES ROSEN: PRESIDENT
Those fortunate enough to have worked with Miles consider him a living and breathing mortgage sales guru. He began his career more than 11 years ago with a large sub-prime lender in Baltimore , Maryland where his unique relationship building talent earned him top originator awards on a monthly basis. This led to branch management positions for a Fortune 500 lender in Detroit and then Orlando, FL where he trained and coached dozens of loan officers – and began developing the sales approach ultimately incorporated into pitchSIMPLE. His experience runs the gamut from purchase to refinance, prime to sub-prime. Most recently he served as National Director of Sales for a highly successful mortgage loan call center near Washington D.C. He brings many years of hands-on success, a passion for achieving results, and a real desire to help loan officers realize their full potential. He welcomes all mortgage owners, managers and loan officers to call him directly with any questions about increasing sales or using pitchSIMPLE.
TERRY WEISS: NATIONAL DIRECTOR OF SALES AND MARKETING
Terry’s esteemed career as a mortgage sales manager and trainer began more than 10 years ago. In 1997, Terry began working under the tutelage of Miles Rosen who taught him powerful relationship building techniques that jump-started his career. From Miles, he learned that selling loans is like telling a story with a beginning, middle, and, most of the time, a happy end. Terry went on to become an award winning LO. He later worked as an Assistant Branch Manager for a Fortune 500 lender in San Francisco, and then as a Branch Manager in Los Angeles where his office was consistently among the top producing branches in the region. His most recent position was as the Mortgage Sales Training Manager for a large east coast lender. Over the years, he has taught, mentored and coached dozens of loan officers. His passion is for training; more specifically helping rookies or underachieving loan officers become top gun producers. As he loves to talk mortgages, he welcomes all calls for sales advice or strategies for sealing the deal.
NEAL LEVINE: CHIEF TECHNOLOGY OFFICER (CTO)
Neal’s career in Information Technology has spanned over 15 years. He has held several IT Leadership positions with Fortune 500 and international companies. He has expertise in the areas of Networking, Systems Administration, Application Development, IP Integration, Infrastructure Build and Operations, and Technical Support. As an IT Director, Neal has been responsible for multi-million dollar IT budgets and hundreds of employees. Neal has an extensive academic career in Computer Science and Information Systems, and holds several certifications in Technology. He continually participates in IT Leadership conferences, seminars and training.
